We take care of your vehicle and park it in our own secure car park, under our supervision, for the duration of your trip. Your valet will be waiting for you at Chemin Adrien-Stoessel 28, 1217 Meyrin to collect your vehicle. Our shuttle will then take you to the airport with your luggage in just a couple of minutes.

Is reservation compulsory?
  • Yes, our services are only open upon reservation. Our website allows you to book online in a few clicks, at any time of the day, in a minimum of 24 hours before your departure. An email will then be sent to you to confirm your reservation and send you your invoice.

What documents are required to make a reservation?
  • The booking process is simple. You will need to give us your arrival flight number, vehicle information, and the desired appointment time with the valet.

Is it possible to reserve for several vehicles?
  • You will simply need to make an independent reservation for each vehicle.

Where is the drop off point for my vehicle?
  • Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details concerning the pick-up and drop-off of your vehicle.

What documents do I need to deposit my vehicle?
  • To take charge of your vehicle, our staff will need the vehicle papers (i.e. the registration document and insurance, either the original or a simple photocopy) as well as the booking file. You can either print it out or submit it electronically via your tablet or Smartphone.

Can I leave my vehicle with someone else?
  • It is quite possible not to drop off your vehicle yourself. Simply let us know and provide us with the name and phone number of the person who will drop off or pick up your vehicle by email.

What is the purpose of the inventory?
  • If you choose to take out our insurance option (10 SFr), we will cover any possible repairs in the event of damage to your vehicle (according to our general conditions). When you give the keys of your vehicle to our employee, we carry out a quick but complete inventory of fixtures to inspect the condition of your vehicle. It will then be submitted to your validation.

Should I let you know I'm coming? What to do in case of delay?
  • The flight number provided at the time of your reservation will allow us to follow your arrival time in real time, including in case of delay. You will only need to contact us if your return flight is delayed or cancelled.

Where do I pick up my vehicle?
  • Our shuttle will be waiting for you at the airport bus station. To get there, you will have to leave the airport at the arrivals, and then continue straight on for 10 meters. The shuttle is a minibus with "valet parking" signs on the windows. You will then be taken to our car park to pick up your vehicle within minutes.

What to do in case of extension of stay or cancellation of the return flight?
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances, simply contact us by email to let us know your new return time. We will update the custody fee, the amount of which will be payable when your vehicle is returned.

My vehicle is damaged. What to do?
  • If you have taken out our insurance, then we are responsible for your vehicle from the moment you entrust us with the keys until it is returned (according to our general conditions of sale). The inventory of fixtures carried out with the assumption of responsibility and with the restitution of your vehicle will enable us to notice any anomaly. If despite all the professionalism of our team it turns out that your vehicle has suffered damage, we will take care of the repairs.
